Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that you may need to change your booking. We ask that you provide us with a minimum of 48-hour notice which allows us enough time to offer that appointment to another client. You may contact the Skin Haus team via phone, email, social media or reply “N” to book reminder text messages.
Please note that cancellation fees will apply to rescheduling and cancelling within 48 hours notice. If you are unable to provide adequate notice of cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstances, you may send someone in your place to avoid a cancellation fee.
As a courtesy, we do text to confirm the date and time 72 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Less than 48-hour notice for cancellation and rescheduling appointments will be charged $70 or forfeit the $70 booking deposit
  • ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged $70 or forfeit the $70 booking deposit
  • Our cancellation policy also applies to appointments wishing to redeem Gift Vouchers
  • Repeat late cancellations and ‘no shows’ may result in a 100% appointment fee charge
  • Cancellation fees much be paid prior to rebooking and attending future appointments
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.
